About the room
I’m looking for 2 roommates to join me on the lease of this apartment starting June 1st (you could potentially move in sooner). I’ve been living here for 3 years and its a great apartment and location.
The Rooms:
One comes with a private bathroom that is $1433/month. The other has a shared bathroom and is $1333/month.
Shared washer and dryer with the three other apartments on the floor.
The Area:
The apartment is nestled between new luxury apartment buildings in a quieter part of town. Its just a block from the Grove St PATH station and two blocks from Jersey City’s pedestrian mall which is full of restaurants and hosts seasonal and weekend activities.
There is a market 1 block away and a large grocery store as well as the waterfront are less than 10 minutes away.
Move-in Fees:
Security deposit is 1.5xrent Move-in day security deposit is $500
About the roomies
I’m a 32 year old IT professional thats clean, active, and occasionally likes to go out on the weekend.
