Danielle's room

House and Room: I have one room available in the La Cresta area in a three bedroom house. The room has its own entrance/exit through French doors. You would share a bathroom with me - I am only there a few days a week at most. The house and neighborhood are safe and quiet with great neighbors. We are currently putting in fruit trees and raised planters for a garden. The house is by stores and restaurants and Bakersfield State.

You: I am looking for a full time working professional, or a student that has a reliable source of income. I do need references, credit check (you can use a free service and print it out), and proof of income. The lease will be month-to-month.

I am 31 and work full-time for an agriculture company. I live up North and come into town a few days a week for meetings with my two dogs. The other roommate is 23 and she works for a national bird conservancy as a Biologist and has one dog.
