Lease begin August 1, 2020 until July 25, 2020. Rent $475/mo/bedroom (+ $100/mo if you’d like it furnished…see first photos below). Flat rate utility fee $79/mo/person to cover water, electric, gas, trash, and 1gb high speed wifi. 4 parking spots in back for $30/mo/ea, otherwise free street parking.
Thorough BACKGROUND and CREDIT check for each person. $39.99 application fee. Security deposit $500. Minimum 620+ credit score, and monthly income greater than $2,000 or need co-signer. No evictions, section 8, or felonies.
