This is for a private room right across the street from Cal State Fullerton. The room has an ensuite bathroom, is fully furnished, washer dryer in unit, cable and internet provided, and a flat rate for amenities which I included in the rent price. The apartment complex also has two gyms and pools, a study room, a computer room, and a game room. It is a modern and updated complex.
I signed a lease back in October and you would take over my lease at a lower rate then what they are offering now.

I don’t know who the other 3 roommates are but you are able to ask for preferences when applying for the lease.
