Hello! Looking for someone to rent out my room, I am moving back to Miami, FL, and will no longer be in need of a living arrangement in Carlsbad, CA.
Three bedroom apartment with private bathroom on the third floor of The Tradition Apartment buildings off El Camino in Carlsbad, CA 92011.
The first two bedrooms are already rented out to two guys, looking for a male third to rent out the master bedroom.
Rent for the bedroom is $1,200.00. Utilities, internet, SDGE, and any other expenses are split evenly between the three roommates.
The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and an incredible view of mountains and Poinsettia Beach.
The apartment is located 8 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the nearest grocery shopping center.
The bedroom is available to look at M-F After 4 pm, and S-Su Anytime.
About the roomies
Two males renting the two subsequent rooms looking to find someone to rent the master bed room. One is 24 and the other guy is 28, both have full time jobs and are really easy going.
