I have 1 room availble. Basic bedroom size, with 2 door closet, and 1 window which faces the front yard. Room is currently furnished with a full size bed and a cube shelf. I can also offer this unfurnished.

You will share the full size bathroom found in the photos.

The full home is a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. All the bedrooms are upstairs. We are clean and neat. Not a lot of decorations and things laying around. Parking is on the street, but very easy to find a spot.

The rent covers all utilities, laundry, and a cleaning service 2x a month.

I am 43 years old and. I work in the education field. I have two children. My son is 15 and daughter is 13. We are gone most days with school and sports. We usually rent to exchange students or travel nurses. I am ok with temporary tenants. I do not do more than a 6 month lease (ones in the past have been extended for years but we start with 6 just to make sure you/kids are comfortable.)

In addition to me and the 2 kids, we current have one more roommate. An adult female working in the medical field.

I am open minded, funny, and straight forward. I am not easily offended. I am NOT looking for a best friend or someone to chat with constantly. I am focused on my family and work and our time together. An ideal person is working often, and somewhat quite at home. I am kind, peaceful, into personal development and raising my kids to be great humans. We do have a 4 year old dog named Mendo. We are not open to adding more pets to the home.
