Attention nature lovers! Seeking a like-minded roommate to share a townhome in Burke.

You would rent a private bedroom (unfurnished, approx. 12 x 12’) with private bathroom for 750/month + utilities.

The home is shared with 2 other roommates, a small dog and a cat. Roommates have shared access to furnished common areas: laundry, kitchen, dining and living room. We keep things clean, quiet and respectful. Pets are allowed in common areas, but only when supervised.

We are open to adding another pet if they get along with everybody.

There is an assigned parking spot available for an additional $35/month. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby.
