Aspen Heights Atlanta is GSU student housing and it is right across from the GSU football stadium. The room is a two bedroom, two bath, however each room is subleased so the rent shown is per person. The rooms are fully furnished and the living room has a mounted smart tv available for both occupants. The room also comes with a balcony view and covered parking is included with monthly rent at $30/month. Covered guest parking is free and there is also free guest parking around the apartment building.

I am looking to turnover my lease(Bedroom A) so if you have a roommate that you would like to live with here that would be great. However, a roommate is not needed to move in and if you don’t have one, the leasing office will assign you with someone who they seem is a great fit based on a questionnaire you will take.
