Master bedroom available for rent in home quiet neighborhood just south of Spring in FM 1960 I-45 area– This room is mostly furnished (queen bed, bookcase, cupboard, , small refrigerator). Only thing you’ll need is a dresser and/or desk. Can be flexible to store some furniture if you’d rather use your own. Private in suite bathroom.

Nonsmokers preferred. Smokers must smoke outside. Rent includes all utilities paid (electricity, natural gas, water, high speed internet, land line phone, and trash pickup) with certain guidelines. . All tenants have use of common areas–living room , kitchen/dining room, laundry room, patio, back yard.

Adult housemates range in age from 26-40 and are either college students or professionals or both.

One cat is allowed maybe 2 if kept in room, small caged animals such as gerbils, hamsters also OK, small to med dogs also OK.

Must provide references and $250 security deposit (with pet $300). Location just south of Spring near I-45 and FM 1960. About 4 miles from Lone Star College North Harris and 1.5 miles from LSC health professions campus and Northwest Medical Center. Shopping and bus stop less than a mile. Great for college students, working professional or retirees.
