Lovely spacious house in green area of Charlotte Park, Punta Gorda, very close to stores (Publix, Cvs and Bank only 8 minutes walk, 2 mnts by car). Amazing yard with orchids and jasmin, bunnies, squirrels… Gorgeous porch with great view and tiki bar stile chairs to relax. Perfectly equipped kitchen available. One and a half bathroom. The tub for the shower will be shared, but using two separated toilets. Flat HD 50“ TV with Netflix in living room. No tv in the rooms please. WIFI. New washer and dryer, available once a week. You can leave your bycicle in the lanai. You can park your car in the attached big driveway. Only 2 miles from Punta Gorda airport. A/C and fans all over the house. The area is green, beautiful, calm and safe. I am an outgoing, polite and friendly person, but respectful of your privacy, and expect the same. I am a teacher of foreign languages, too (Spanish, Italian, French). Have travelled in half of the world. Please note I am searching for a very respectful guest: I am very sensitive to noise. Thanks.

I am a friendly, polite and positive lady. Love and practice the arts in many forms: painting, drawing, singing, and..cooking! My guest will be polite and respectful of the few but basic housrules. No guests allowed. Great respect of each other’s space. Keeping all the used areas clean and tidy as you found them. Keep noise to the minimum, thanks.
