12x12 room w/closet, on second floor. Bathroom, with ample storage, is located right outside bedroom door (2ft away). Welcome to use all of the house’s amenities (loft, living/dining room, kitchen, wash/dryer. Storage available in garage. Curbside parking. One small dog, two cats that are no bother. 2nd room will be an office/study and you are welcome to that as well. Basically the whole house minus the master bedroom/bathroom. Decent sized backyard with a canopy and outdoor furniture.

I work a lot. Don’t plan on being around all that much. I’m very laid back and if you’re respectful of the property, and the dog of course, cats? Eh. And pay the rent on time, we’ll get along just fine.
