Charles's room

I am renting out one of the rooms in my Condo. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. 2 story with hardwood floors. You can throw a rock and hit lake travis. If you decide to rent I will give you an access card to the Bar K park, fishing shack, community pool, and gym out here with the L.V.P.O.A. I am hardly ever home because I am either working or fishing.

It is just me at the property. I am a 34 year old male. Like I said I am not home that much. I do have a cat but she is low maintenance and very friendly. As long as you are respectful we will get along great.
