Steven's room

The location is great: it’s close to the 237, 85, 101 freeway intersection. Within walking distance to Grant Road plaza, which has Nob Hill, City Sports Club, 99 Ranch, In & Out, etc. Apartment is 1 mile away from Mountain View Caltrain & Castro street (Downtown Mount View).

The bedroom is approximately 10’x10’, and has closet space. Bathroom is shared with one other male. You have your own covered parking spot. Washer & dryer on-site but is coin operated ($1.50 wash, $1 dry). There’s a swimming pool in the apartment complex.

There are two who currently live in the apartment. Both are young working professionals. One female roommate isn’t home often. The other male keeps to himself.

House dynamics: we don’t party & we mostly keep to ourselves. Very respectful of each other. Not loud. There’s no drama. We keep the public space clean. We’re looking for someone who can continue to foster this peaceful atmosphere.
