JJ's room

2 rooms for rent. One is 800 a month and the other is 850 a month. Rent for both rooms includes utilities, tv and WiFi. It’s a 3 bed condo at the north end of Pomona just two blocks east of La Verne. The rooms have a ceiling fan, mirrored wardrobe doors with plenty of closet space and washer and dryer access in the attached garage. The upstairs bathroom is shared, however, the toilet and shower/tub are separated from the vanity and two sinks by a locking door. The condo community also has a pool.

I am in my mid thirties, I’m a musician and a business owner. I like to work out, hang out with friends and have a good time. I have an outdoor/indoor cat, however no additional pets allowed. I prefer to view other roommates as sharing the condo with me rather than them renting a room in it.
