Address : 2925 Monument Boulevard, Concord, CA, 94520. Bills (for the two of us so divide by 2) : $2100 for rent, $50 for wifi (I used to have $30, so I’ll talk to Comcast), $50 for utilities. Type of place : Condo Details : First floor - living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 toliet, washing machine, drying machine : Second Floor - 2 bedrooms (1 larger and 1 smaller), 1 shared toliet + shower, separate sinks Facilities : pool, 2 parking spaces (I have one, and you’ll get the other), gated community.
Other notes : quarantine is active, so if you’re willing to travel for a live tour, I can accommodate. Otherwise, I’ve been doing video tours.
