Rehoboth Beach New home , 12x13 room with closet and shared bathroom , screened porch, outdoor shower. No pets .

We are looking for young people/ students who can share responsibilities with others. Who are willing to clean and be responsible. Each person applying will be required to present ID , criminal background check and fill up the application before property can be shown. Single bed/ bunk beds and mattress included in each room . Beds will not be removed.Prices might vary based on terms of rental . Please contact me for more details.Rental only till May 30th.
