One room available in a house with two responsible working women. Shared bathroom with one other tenant. Large kitchen. House is clean. Shared areas are spacious.

Room is cozy, about 8’6“x9’6“ plus a closet (not included in those dimensions, so it’s actually a bit bigger). Room is painted bright green at the moment, but you may repaint the room whatever color you want. Rent plus all utilities is $600 due on the first of each month. $300 security deposit.
About the roomies
I am a 32 year old teacher, the other roomie is a 26 year old who works in communications. We like to keep a clean house, but aren’t super crazy about it, just don’t be a slob. I also have two german shorthair pointers who are so sweet and love cuddles. They also have boundless energy.
