About the room
Very spacious masterbed room freshly painted. Has a huge closet/backroom with plenty of space and sunlight. Living room is fully set up. 2 tvs 2 couch’s. Huge kitchen barley use. Nice size porch with cover perfect for nice days. Bathroom was just re done huge shower. 10 mins from hoboken, downtown jersey city, Secaucus train station. 25 mins to NYC. Food store walgreens laundry mat directly across the street. Parking is not bad but can get tricky. Also have a 3rd room if we choose to rent that out in future as well will drop rent a nice amount. Will WORK with security deposit. All utilities are included in the rent.
About the roomies
My name is chris I am 38 very laid back. I am a union ironworker. I nornally leave the house around 5 and come around . I am in my room by 9. Love sports play video games and work out daily. Have been living with people for years i am respectful. I very rarely drink but i am 420 friendly.
