Spots available in shared room for rent in Sawtelle.
Rent is equally divided between all girls so it’s usually around $650 each.
Unit is 2bdx2bath steps away from Santa Monica Blvd. About 10 min drive to the beach. Unit is located close to Veterans Hospital and UCLA. The room available is shared with two other amazing females.
Apt complex has gym, pool and available assigned parking spaces.
Twin bed is included. Bathroom is shared between the two other females in your room.
The unit is kept clean and organized. We all respect our own spaces and privacy. We don’t have any drama or issues between us and we’d like to keep it that way. 🙂
Deposit of $645 is due upon move in.
