Zachary's room

Hello! My townhouse is located in north OKC near Broadway Extension & 122nd. The bedroom available is approximately 13’x11“ with access to the back yard (the back yard is not very pretty at the moment, but is currently a work in progress). The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and direct access to a full bathroom. (This bathroom is also the “main” bath of the house from the hallway. The bedroom has been used as a guest room for awhile so I do have furniture in there. This will be removed if/when I find the perfect roomie! The property as a whole is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage, 1,200 square feet. I purchased the townhouse last year and spent a few months remodeling so almost everything has been updated. The living room, dining room, kitchen, etc. is already fully furnished. I would prefer no smoking and no pets but this can be discussed!

A brief bio about me: My name is Zach. I work in higher-ed and am also a part-time graduate student. I’m pretty quiet and laid-back and spend most of my time at home listening to music and watching TV. I am gay, and welcome other LGBT individuals into my home!
