Bills are all included into the price: water, electric, trash, etc. Also it includes: cable and internet!
You have you own private room and bath that is just a short 5-10 min walk to CSUF. This apartment comes with all the amenities, fully furnished with a washer and dryer in unit. There is a couple of swimming pools, weight room and a separate cardio room, computer room that has Mac’s and PC’s, a printer that you only need to load your own paper into, study rooms, pool table, and hangout spaces.
About the roomies
This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment but I do not know who my other 3 roommates are yet. I signed this lease back in January because I liked how everyone is on their own lease/contract and the apartment complex places you with others based on a survey they have you fill out about yourself.
