My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to occupy the entire top floor of our beautiful three-bedroom townhouse in Conshohocken just a short walking distance from the train station and the popular restaurants on Fayette Street. The top floor includes a large bedroom, walk-in closet and full bathroom that the tenant would have all to themselves (not furnished). The first floor is shared and includes a fully-furnished open living space and kitchen and a half bathroom. There’s a lovely three-tiered backyard area and parking. We are two female young professionals and would like to welcome someone with similar interests to share our home with us. Rent would be $1,000/month plus shared cable/internet and electric bills.
