I’m looking to sublease my (large) room in a beautiful house in SE Como. I’m looking for someone to move in at the end of May or early June. The house has been recently renovated (new appliances, hardwood floors, etc), and our landlord is very friendly and responsive. Your room would come with a free parking space, and you would also have access to the garage for bike storage. The house is less than a block away from the 3 bus line as well. Rent would be $575/month and utilities come to about $30/month since you only pay for internet and electricity.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 roommates (1 male, 2 female). They are all very friendly and respectful. Two of them are in graduate school and one of them is finishing up their undergrad. We don’t allow pets, smoking, or parties. Having a couple friends over is okay :)
