Large home split almost completely like a duplex…. you’d have a private bathroom, own living room and be at the opposite end of the home (with private entrance if desired) from other roommate. Note: room has been repainted and furniture/decor in pictures has been removed. Large kitchen and dining area. Nice big yard with garden and chickens in the far corner- plenty of fresh eggs! Lots of space to spread out and only one quiet roommate to share with. House is a little funky/retro in my half but clean and very well maintained. Can be furnished or unfurnished as you wish. 1.5 acres to enjoy, plenty of trees, and plenty of wood for a nice relaxing fire.
