Room in a 3BR/1BA House w/ Amazing View! North Pacific Beach - $700/month

This great location in North Pacific Beach is a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, mission bay and all the cool things that PB has to offer. Kate Sessions Park is also right up the road about 2 blocks. The view from our deck (with gas grill) is awesome too! You can see Downtown San Diego, Coronado Bridge, the Pacific Ocean, Crown Point, even Mexico at night, SeaWorld fireworks, etc.

Not a party house, must be very clean (EX: no dishes in sink-type clean, no trash on the counters, etc). We definitely like to have fun, but prefer to do it outside the house and not bring the party home. Early mornings are brutal.

You will have: use of all the common areas. There is a living room with a TV and wireless internet all throughout the house. Also, there is always plenty of parking available (it’s a quiet residential area) so that’s not a problem… oh yeah, we have a hot tub too!

The room gets great sunlight, and can come furnished or unfurnished. It will be available on May 1, 2020. It’s a month-to-month lease (60-day notice required upon move out – more below), but we definitely want someone who is planning to stay for at least 6 months.

Finances: Upon moving in, you’ll be required to pay 1 month rent + deposit ($700). Total internet/cleaning/house supplies/electric/gas fees are about $110/mo total in addition to base rent. Must have Venmo/some e-payment app. No cash or checks please. You will have to sign a roommate agreement upon moving in with fine print.

We have a maid that comes every month and does a fantastic job in cleaning all the stuff no one likes to clean (bathroom, fridge, floors, etc). It’s a very small fee ($20 each) that will be treated like as part of the utilities each month

We are both straight male professionals in our Mid 20’s – 30’s, who both work during the day on an early morning schedule. Like most in SD we enjoy socializing, surfing, cycling, weight-lifting, scuba-diving, snowboarding and basically anything active and fun. We are very respectful, clean, and enjoy relaxing during the week and occasionally going out on the weekends. We’ve had some awesome past roommates so we are looking for a good fit for the dynamic of the house.
