Emily's room

Our house is 8 minutes from the campus. It is in a quiet nice neighborhood with plenty of safe street parking. It is also a quick walk away from Quinn’s Pond. We have a washer and dryer already, the kitchen, living and dining room is already furnished so you would just need to furnish your own room. Your room is on the first floor by itself with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Half of the utilities. are paid by our landlord, we just pay for electricity and gas (30-40 a month). It was just redone a few years ago and we are the second people to live in it, it’s honestly a beautiful house and in a great location to parks, grocery stores and BSU.

My current roommate and I are super easy to get along with and really friendly. We are both full-time students who work a part-time job but we also enjoy walking to pond, to local coffee shops and overall just hanging out! We like to keep the common areas relatively neat, it’s not always perfect but a little mess here and there isn’t a huge deal, as long as it isn’t there for than a day or two.
