Preston Oaks Road

Hi, I’m about to move near Farmers Branch to be closer to my school and I’m looking for a female roommate to split the rent by July/August. The apartment that I’m considering is “The courts at Preston oaks” which is a 2 bed and 2 bath (986sqft) and is near the Galleria mall. • The apartment without carpet In the living room costs $1334 and will be on the first floor. However, with carpet it’ll be $1309 and will be on the third floor. Let me know which one you’d prefer.
• Pet deposits include $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable fees due at move in, pet rent is $20/month.
• Property includes underground garage parking with elevator access, onsite (off leash) dog park, 2 pools with Jacuzzis/cabana’s, fully equipped fitness center with locker rooms, a full service package room with Luxer package lockers, indoor mail center, washer/dryer included in every unit and much more.
• Each unit receives one free reserved parking spot in the parking garage right by your elevator. Water and electric is separate based on usage.

I’ll be mostly at school or working. I am responsible about paying bills and rent. I’m a laid back person and respectful and I look forward to meet you. :)
