Convenient location for anyone working between Georgetown and Austin (at least above the river). Covered back patio with a fenced in yard. Quiet, small neighborhood with wild rabbits, guinea hens and a peacock. My neighbor is great and there’s a real summer evening roasting marshmallow vibe going on. This is two bedroom 2 bath townhouse. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, a separate living room and full kitchen. Utilities and internet will be split evenly. I would prefer individuals to be willing and able to sign the lease with me, but open to discussing. I will share interior photos with people who seem serious.

I will be living here. I work at an Architecture office in Georgetown and like to cook and do various art projects. I like to maintain a clean home. Unfortunately I am very allergic to pets. I’m sorry no animals please.
