Sadly, our wonderful roommates’ work contract has expired. The bedroom (unfurnished) will be available Dec 21st or 22nd. It is in a newly remodeled 4 bedroom/4.5 bath - 2-story house with 3 other roommates. We are a 12-minute walk to the beach (6 blocks) or a 12-minute walk to downtown. The room is downstairs, about 11 X 12 feet with a large closet and a glass sliding door that opens up to the large semi-enclosed patio in back. The room has its own bathroom which is in the hallway. There is also a small kitchenette next to the bedroom. House includes air conditioning and a new washer and dryer in the garage. Upstairs is a large living room, wide screen tv with full Comcast /Netflix/Prime, also a full kitchen and dining room. There are front and back balconies, private front and back patios, as well as a nice BBQ for use.

This is a pleasant, drama-free, respectful – but fun household. Open to all genders, ages, sexual orientations, religions, etc. Name of the game is respect. No drug users or alcohol abusers. 420, tobacco ok outside.

Downstairs’ roommate is 22. He works full time in land surveying in San Jose and goes to school part time. Upstairs is a female roommate, 30, who is our nature expert and I am a middle aged guy with a background in the restaurant business, who segued into tv/media in recent years. I have a friendly, joyful 6-month old pup.
