We are looking for a responsible room mate to share a very large 2500 square foot unit in a fabulous location in Hermosa Beach. It is walking distance to the beach and it is also one block from Pier Ave which is just far enough away for quiet living but steps away from all the restaurants and great amenities of quaint downtown Hermosa Beach. The unit is part of a duplex but certainly feels like an actual single family residence due to its configuration, separate entrance, size, ample parking and our own 1000 sq ft deck. For $1900 you would rent a huge 220 sq ft Master bedroom with a huge closet and you have your own private bathroom. The upstairs is a very large living area especially for beach rentals. It has a large kitchen which opens up to a huge great room that has a unique sunken fire place and this opens up to a large deck. It gives the feel of a vast area which of course it is. We share a huge 4 car garage that has plenty of storage around its perimeters and you are guaranteed off street parking whether it is in the garage or another driveway parking spot. We also share a guest parking spot. The landlord provides a free washer and dryer that we share in a laundry room.

We are two responsible working professionals that are pretty busy during the week and looking for the same. We (38year old female and 30 year old male) have rented here for a few years and get along well with each other and the landlord. Your share of the utilities would be approximately $100 per month. The countertops and some of the facilities are a bit aged but the location, size and amenities more than make up for the lack of a remodeled look.
