Month to month is fine, only issue would be parking. Gates close at 8pm and only cars with parking tag can park. Parking tag would be provided by office if added to lease (12months) - parking tag is free for open parking, covered parking available for monthly fee

Easy going, easy to get along with, friendly! I typically cook rather than eat out. I am allergic to cats
Every other weekend my 12yo daughter visits.
