Heather's room

I have a 5 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2200sqft house located 1.5 blocks from Lancaster General Hospital in a great neighborhood. House is furnished, but can make room for your furniture. I rent 2 rooms and keep one for myself, but I’m hardly there. Washer/dryer on site, off street parking.

I’m laid back, but responsible. I like a clean house, but some dishes in the sink for a day or two aren’t going to bother me. I spend most of my time at my boyfriend’s house, so having someone I can trust will take good care of the house is important to me. Current roommate is a female in her 20’s who works in childcare and is a student. Females preferred.
