The downstairs has an open airy floorplan with a ½ bath downstairs, stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer. The townhomes have a gym, Amazon locker parcel, and pool onsite with various playgrounds present onsite. You will also have community keys provided to 2 other pools in the area. Parking is abundant and free. Complex is safe and quiet: near Fry’s, Sprouts, Target, lots of restaurants, Ahwahtukee AMC movie theaters, La fitness, and a host of other stores.

Rent has water and trash included ranging from 725 to 750 per month

Electricity is 15 per month
