This is probably the best neighborhood in Gardena. The house itself is built in a Japanese style. Veterans always welcome. Two blocks away is a grocery store and In-N-Out Burger’s along with panda express and the city of Torrance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a quiet environment near their work in the LA area. Kitchen access is limited inside the house to washing dishes but there is a beautiful backyard with a full access barbecue kitchenette stove and dining area at everyone’s disposal. The rent is $1100 a month and the move in cost is $2200 . Should be able to pass a credit and background check as long as income is 3x the rental amount and you must have paycheck stubs to prove you have a job to the owner and no prior evictions. I have a lot of women trying to apply to this room and it’s just not going to be possible because the owner has a wife that will not allow females to rent the rooms. Currently just the owner and his girlfriend live in the master bedroom with their own rest room. There are three rooms total in the house. one bedroom has its own private entrance and it’s more than the other room but it’s taken currently. No working from home, and only 1 person, no overnight guests, must have a current paycheck stub to prove employment
