This is probably the best neighborhood in Gardena. It’s mainly Japanese folks and the house itself is built in a Japanese style. Two blocks away is a grocery store and In-N-Out Burger’s along with panda express and the city of Torrance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking a quiet environment near their work in the LA area. Kitchen access is limited inside the house to washing dishes but there is a beautiful backyard with a full access barbecue kitchenette stove and dining area at everyone’s disposal. The rate is $1200 a month and the move in cost is $2400 .
