Catie's room

Our townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a 1 car garage (which we switch off using monthly). The room for rent is on the top floor of the house with an attached full bath! It sits off of a second living space with the washer/dryer and a beautiful patio. As for the rest of the mostly-furnished house, there is a 1st floor office, 2nd floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with large picture windows, fireplace, and half bath. Third floor includes Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Over 1900 SQFT! Great amenities include fitness center, clubhouse, pool, metro shuttle (2), two parking passes for on-street parking. The townhouse is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, trails, and parks.

We are two mid-20’s women who moved in about 2 years ago. We are pretty neat people when it comes to keeping the house clean. We love to hang out with friends and be social, but also love our nights in and alone time. We like to go to happy hours and concerts, and sometimes, have movie nights together on weeknights. We would really like to find a roommate who is friendly and fun, would like to hang out occasionally, and is considerate and respectful.
