There are over 50 bars and restaurants, historical sites, the Bay within a short walking distance, and an easy 3-4 mile ride to the beach.

There are two (2) shared bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs.

We are seeking fragrance free/unscented, clean, non-smoking, responsible and respectful person(s) to share a fully furnished, organized, sanitary and safe home, with other roommates. You occupy the room for just yourself, the house and bathrooms are shared.

Seeking a longer term tenant, but we understand lifestyle changes so we do a Month-to-Month Rental Agreement: First month rent and partial rent due at move in and security deposit negotiable within short term period. We can prorate days for the 1st Month Rent, but thereafter payment is due on the first of each month. A thirty (30) day notice, no damage, no missing items, properly cleaned and terms of rental agreement complied with upon move out, for the deposit to be returned. However, moving out without the thirty (30) days notice and/or damage/issues to the property, and not leaving the space as clean as it was upon move-in will result in keeping all or part of the deposit and may require further reimbursement depending on severity of the matter and/or notice given.

There can be No Fragrances, No Perfumes, No Scented Goods, No scented Candles, No Febreze, No Essential Oils, No in-scents, and etc. individually or in any products.
