Sierra's room

Our home is a super cute 3 bedroom house that allows for privacy, located in Fillmore/Piru. We have two rooms available, the master bedroom (with attached bathroom) and a side bedroom. Great location with easy access to 126, shopping and restaurants. Within 20 minutes of CoC, Ventura, Moorpark, and Masters College. 12 miles to 5 freeway and Valencia. The house offers a large front and back yard, Southwestern-Style kitchen, and office space. It is fully furnished (except for the bedrooms), this includes living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Parking is included in rent. We’re open to one or two people. Price is affordable but depends on which part of the house we negotiate for.

I am a 23-year-old female that shares a house with my 21-year-old boyfriend. I graduated from UNLV in 2018 and have been living in California for a year. We have two medium-sized dogs that are very friendly. I primarily work from home full-time, but would be unbothered if you were also home. We both work in the entertainment industry, myself in PR and Tate in animal training.
