This property in the neighborhood of Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn is a great location! It is two blocks from a small yet nice grocery store and the A/C line along with multiple stops for the buses. Multiple bodegas, a pizzeria, a ramen restaurant, a local pharmacy, a local coffee shop in the area.

The bedroom itself has a built-in closet that is the biggest of the three rooms. Although tight, it can fit a full size bed some drawers. Leads into the common area/living room. Kitchen is small yet spacious. One shared bathroom. The apartment itself is on the second floor with fire escape access and apartment faces away from the street with a mixture view of alley and backyards.

I work freelance in film/television (mostly reality tv) and is either home when not working, regular office hours schedule or gone for a few/multiple days. Friendly and can be outgoing. Likes to hang in the common space/living room, play video games and cook.

The other roommate works at NYU. Nice, friendly, outgoing as well. Likes to stay in her room most of the time. Likes to cook as well and is clean. Works a regular 9 to 5.

We like to clean the apartment once a week or every two weeks depending on our work schedule. We are not loud at night. If you smoke, we ask you that you use the fire escape (I do that myself time to time but never regularly). LGBT+ friendly, cannabis friendly (fire escape rules), student friendly.
