Private bedroom available in five bedroom house. Looking for one college aged/student roommate. (21-26 years old) House is fully furnished with a large backyard, plenty of parking, two-car garage, in a nice neighborhood less than a mile from EWU’s campus. Utility payments are separate from rent. All utilities are included: gas, electricity, water, cable, WiFi, garbage and typically average $60-$80/month. Laundry room with washer and dryer in garage. Rent is $400/month, with a $400 security deposit due at signing. One year-long lease agreement beginning August 2020. Bedroom may be rented either as furnished (including queen sized bed & desk) or unfurnished.
About the roomies
