Hi there! I have two rooms available in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in an amazing location in North Beach:

1- Large room with patio/window with bay views - $1900/month plus utilities 2- Smaller room with shared hammock patio- $1750/month plus utilities

We have a phenomenal view of the bay from the living room window. There’s onsite laundry, and pretty easy parking in the neighborhood if you have a car. There’s two patios and a small kitchen with a dish washer. Super close to Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Embarcadaro, and Washington Square.

We’re a fun, laidback house! I’m a 25 year old hard working young professional with a busy schedule who likes to have a fun time on the weekends. Looking for a great fit to move in June1, but we are flexible.
