About the room
The house is spacious, decent sized room, private bathroom (with bidet attached). The kitchen, living room, and backyard can be used at anytime. Big fridge in the kitchen, washer and dryer in the hallway, along with a dishwasher.The area is out of the way on the west side of town, but its close to the freeway. So that can be a con for some people, but the neighbor hood is nice and the people are friendly.

I am the only one who lives here (my ex wife and I bought the house and we are still very good friends) I am a 32 year old man who works in cyber security. I’m not a smoker or do any drugs of any kind, I drink very rarely. I don’t party, I like to keep my house clean, and I am vegan. This is a 3 bedroom house so one of the rooms is my home office, I love to do pc gaming so I am in there most of the time.
I am a super chill guy and I think I am a decent roommate. Also for the other bills being included or not, that can be negotiated.
