About the room

There’s a community pool for the apartment complex. The unit for rent is the Master Bedroom, with it’s own walk-in closet. Downtown Howell, very close to restaurants, lake, schools etc.

About the roomies

It’s just me and my daughter, and we will mostly be there only on weekends and the occasional weekday, for the forseeable future. She does not currently stay the night.

I’m looking for a roommate to help with bills. I travel for work and am gone for a week or more at a time, I’ve only been home 1 weekend out of the month, for the past 2 months, although it does fluctuate. The downside is that the unit is a little old, not terrible, but nothing fancy.

I’m looking for a female roommate who does well with children, as I have a daughter, and am looking to expand my custody time (It’s much better in family court to have a female roommate, if you have a roommate, obviously).

The only condition is no felonies. Other than that, I’m open to negotiate almost anything about the arrangement. Although I feel like the price is very fair.

Internet I will pay, but electricity I would pay $50/month, and ask that you pay the rest, as it will fluctuate depending on how you run the AC. When I lived there full-time, I was only paying ~$50 in electric. Rent is about $1,200, so I am splitting that down the middle.
