About the room

Private unfurnished bedroom available in 2 bedroom 1.5 bath first floor condo. The photos show a queen bed and desk for scale only, however the tv is included in the room. The room is colorful with warm tone stripes on one wall and cool tome stripes on the other wall, the paint is being touched up before you move in :) There is a window and ceiling light/fan, closet with two mirrored doors and storage shelves to the ceiling. The common areas are shared and include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. We have a cleaning service that comes monthly and does basic cleaning/disinfecting the common areas and bathrooms. This room has the shared bathroom, the other room has a powder room attached so really the only thing shared in the full bathroom is the shower. The vanity storage in the shared bathroom is private for this room. The bathroom is between the bedrooms so the 2 bedrooms don’t share any walls which is nice for privacy. The kitchen has a dishwasher, regular sized fridge/freezer, electric stovetop/oven and air fryer. There is an in-unit washer and dryer.

This is a shoes off at the front door home. For the most part our personal items are kept in the bedrooms. You would be welcome to put up art/plants in available common spaces and there may be some space for small furniture pieces in the shared areas.

I have a cat, if you have a small pet you want to bring that would potentially get along well with her, or stay in your room, let’s chat to see if it could be a good fit.

There is a private fenced patio with lots of plants, and I keep a yoga mat out there I use every day.

Internet and water are included, electricity is split equally between each person in the house monthly. There is a max of 2 people welcome to the room, there is an additional charge of $100/month for the second person. One designated parking spot is available for $50/month.

About the roomies

I love to come home to a safe and tidy space, I welcome a roommate that does too :) I regularly play music and cook meals, occasionally have a few people over. My last roommate and I get along great, we hardly talk in a comfortable way - had opposite work schedules, and it is a very peaceful vibe. They are moving out sometime in late August early September, so the room could potentially be available sooner depending on their timeline.
