Hello! I am currently looking for a roommate to share this spacious 2 bed, 1 bath, 950sqft apartment with. Perfect for Cal State LA students conveniently only 1.4 miles from campus. No security deposit and second month is free. Ideally looking for someone who will also be going to Cal State LA. The apartment is unfurnished, although I will be furnishing the living room and kitchen soon. Additionally, if you need help moving in/setting up furniture I can lend a hand. The lease begins August 1st, but you will not pay full rent if moving in after.
