One furnished room is available to share my 2 bedroom, first story condo. It features a new queen memory foam mattress, with adjustable base, a large closet with storage armoire and a dresser, lamp and TV. Your own private bath is across the hallway, with a shower/tub combo, fantastic water pressure, storage, and a stocked linen closet. High speed internet and all utilities are included, along with a washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, dishes, cookware, toaster oven, rice cooker, and hot water kettle. There is a comfortable shared dining space, and a living room with a large TV. You will have private off-street parking directly in front of the unit, in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with quiet neighbors. You can relax on the side patio, at the pool (Memorial day- Labor Day), or enjoy the tennis courts and walking path. There are many shops and services nearby, with easy access to Routes 1 and 95/295. Yardley Station is a 10 minute drive, if you commute by train. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, marijuana, drugs, pets, or firearms are permitted. I own the property and work from home, and travel regularly. My preference is to start with a 3 month trial to see if this is a good fit for both of us, then ultimately a 12-month housemate agreement, that could be extended.

I own the property, and work from home. I travel regularly, and enjoy horseback riding, reading, time outdoors, and sewing. I am tidy and quiet and I do not smoke, drink or party. Affordable, safe and comfortable housing can be difficult to find, and I am looking forward to meeting my next roommate who will enjoy this space.
