Hi! I’m looking for roommates to join my townhouse in Boulder. Two rooms are available starting August 1st, and I’m hoping to find roommates before September.

The townhouse is a comfortable shared space in Boulder with plenty of walking and biking trails nearby. I currently have two private bedrooms available that share a bathroom between them. If someone is interested in renting both rooms, that may also be an option.

Each room is $650/month plus utilities (usually under $100/month). This would be a one-year lease.

Note: Photos currently show the shared spaces. The bedrooms are currently being painted and refreshed, and I’ll add photos once they’re finished. I’m happy to schedule a viewing for anyone who’s interested.

I’m a 20-year-old woman who works full time and enjoys having a calm, comfortable home. I’m pretty laid-back, respectful of shared spaces, and like keeping the house clean and welcoming.

I do have a very sweet adult cat who is well-behaved, but she unfortunately isn’t a fan of other animals.
