About the room

This is a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment located right on the Bryan/College Station border, about 12 minutes from both Texas A&M University and Blinn College. The apartment is in a gated community with great amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and a year-round pool. Lease will be until June 2, 2027.

The common areas are already furnished, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, so all you would need to furnish is your own bedroom and bathroom. I also have two very well-behaved cats. They’re friendly, but I’ll most likely keep them in my room most of the time, so they won’t be in your space if you prefer not to interact with them.

The apartment also has a private balcony, making it a great spot to relax after class or work. Overall, it’s a comfortable, move-in-ready space in a convenient location with easy access to both campuses, shopping, restaurants, and everything Bryan and College Station have to offer.

Right now I’m in a 1br looking to transfer into a 2br, so we would move in around the same time. The lease will be signed with the apartment complex office so we will both be on it. I also have a link to a virtual tour of the apartment, feel free to message me for it :)
