This is a great quiet property with a fully fenced in yard. The room, while small, gets fantastic sunlight and is upstairs with the other 2 rooms. You will share a bathroom with the other roommate. There are 2 of us currently. The house has a projector and nice projector screen plus there is an outdoor fireplace able to be used. Overall a great house!

I am not the landlord, just purely advertising to try and help him fill this room. He is a very nice guy who takes very good care of us. A jackpot of a landlord.

Jacob (the other roommate) and I both moved here from out of state. He works as some machining person, forget exactly what it’s called. I work for Lockheed. We are both Christian, Conservative, and keep the house decently clean. We both like it pretty quiet and live separate lives, but do hang out. I also host board game nights (not at the house) but you would be more than welcome to come to them. Dishes are put away, trash taken out, lawn mowed, and house is vacuumed. It’s not perfect cause we both work long days and have a lot going on, but we try our best to keep up with cleaning. We also keep the house at 70° for true comfort.

I have a husky named Piper who is an absolute sweetheart. There definitely will be dog fur. But she loves people and would love another dog to play with - I have a doggy door going to the back yard.
