My roommate is moving out and I’m subletting the room. Apartment is located on the first floor. The two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom. AC unit in the living room. Full kitchen with a small fridge. Safe neighborhood near a school. Street parking only and there are always spots available.
The medium sized room has a large closet with sliding mirror doors. Bedroom can have a twin-sized bed and a side table or be unfurnished.
About the roomies
I am a librarian finishing my master’s degree. I work full-time and have a pretty fun job! My hobbies include reading and hand embroidery. I’m often learning a new craft for work. I enjoy hanging out but love alone time.
I have an energetic 1.5 yr old dog named Toast. We’re working on her reactivity but she’s very sweet. She stays in her crate while I’m away. I’m open to another dog living with us but we will have to make sure our pets can get along. Toast likes to play a but rough, but is slowly growing out of it.
