About the room
The house is located in a cul de suc. Tucked away under a few oak trees near downtown St. Cloud three blocks from the library. The rent includes water ,electric, cable and WiFi. The bathroom is shared as well as living room, dining room and kitchen. We are looking for a tidy roommate who’s respectable and pays their rent on time. We have security cameras and a pin lock on the front door for easy access and that added layer of safety. We hope to meet you soon!
About the roomies
House occupant’s My girlfriend and I in one room, my 17 year old daughter and her boyfriend in another. I have a yorkie and my daughter an outdoor cat. We also have two chickens in the backyard fresh eggs for everyone. We also have a small garden. We have a hammock in the backyard and a small 3 person hot tub on back porch!
